proF1xer™ is a trademark for computer support and repair business of Datum Solution, which started business since year 2000. As of 2007, proF1xer (M) Sdn Bhd has been incorporated. Our planned nationwide launch will be on middle of 2007.

proF1xer’s tag line is 1 Day PC Repair – which we aim to be the first and fastest company to response to computer problems and provide a fix fast! We have struggled a long way before we realize that technical skills alone is insufficient to solve the problems.

To provide a consistent, good quality service satisfactory accepted by the customers or clients is a challenge that require discipline in fields of management, technical expertise and business model that provide such infrastructure to grow and improve yet profitable.

Our targetted customers are home users, office users or corporate clients where we provide outsource support and maintenance program on a yearly contract.
